Treun Roc takes a unit from strip-out through joinery, services, decoration and commissioning. The programme is built around the opening date. Night and out-of-hours working is planned in where a neighbouring unit still has to trade.

Weird Fish in Hexham is the brand-retail example. Convenience expansion — taking a shop through the wall into the unit next door while the original floor stays open — is the other.
