The name is Scots — treun, strong, and roc, rock. We are a UK contractor for fit-out and construction, appointed on JCT, design and build, and labour-only.
Who we are
TREUN ROC CONTRACTS LTD was incorporated on 14 August 2025 and is registered in England and Wales, number 16649937. The director is Ryan Wilson. The registered office is in Watford.
We take commercial jobs across the South East, and further where the programme and the client make sense. The work is fit-out, build, design and build, maintenance, civils, labour only, and the system we run a job on.
We price in writing, run a programme, keep variations recorded, and hand over a health and safety file. Where we are principal contractor, CDM 2015 is part of the week: construction phase plan, induction, RAMS and welfare.

How we run a job
A written quote with the exclusions on the page. A programme of works. Variations priced and agreed before they are built. Progress the client can see. A closed snag list at handover.
Public liability and professional indemnity insurance are in place. We send the current schedule when a job is being priced.

- Where do you work?
- South East England as a rule. Further where the programme and the client make sense — Hexham is on the books for that reason.
- Do you act as principal contractor?
- Yes, where the job requires it. CDM 2015 then sits on the job: construction phase plan, induction, RAMS, welfare, and a health and safety file at handover.
